The Farmstead Hotel

Great hotel! The service was amazing and Jetta recommended excellent food options other than fast food. The room was extremely clean. I couldn’t ask for a better stay.

We were looking for a place to stay for the night after coming into MO from TN, and this place was one of the cheapest that wasn't an older place with exterior room doors. We did not realize it was across from a casino, which was a nice bonus. However, due to the fact that the hotel shares it's staff with the larger hotel across the street inside the casino, if you needed something, you had to use to phone at the front desk to page someone to come over and help you. The room itself was nice and clean, although small in size, but knowing it's basically a value casino hotel, that makes sense. The hotel itself was very clean and updated, as it is a completely remodeled hotel, so everything was very clean and nice and new. The bed was comfortable and the towels were very plush, although I did find it a little weird how the showers are set up, there's no shower door but only a stationary piece of glass that covers half of the shower so it makes it difficult to keep water from getting everywhere. Overall, I would stay here again.

I have stayed here several times and it is a true gem! The staff is exceptional, I need a handrail in the bathroom and they ensure I have one each stay. You won’t find any more comfortable linens and the room and bathroom are extremely clean.

Beautiful hotel with lovely furnishings! This hotel is perfectly located across the street from Century Casino. The place is spotless, the beds are extremely comfortable. The front desk staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Complimentary bottled water, Starbucks coffee and to go bagged breakfast including orange juice, muffins and multiple breakfast bars was a very nice touch. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!!!

I recently stayed at the Farmstead Hotel and had a mixed experience. Tonya at the front desk was absolutely amazing – she was welcoming, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Her friendly attitude really set a positive tone from the moment we arrived. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the casino attached to the property. I was expecting a much better experience, especially after hearing about their recent renovation. The space felt like it lost its homey feel, and the overall atmosphere was disappointing. Despite the new renovations, the casino didn’t live up to the hype, and it seemed like improvements were needed in both ambiance and service. All in all, the hotel and staff, especially Tonya, were wonderful, but if you’re staying here with high hopes for the casino, you might end up disappointed.

Tonya provided exceptional service after being highly disappointed with the century casino experience with the grand opening ceremony. The casino with its “new” area (aka weird massively smaller room) has lost its entire charm! Might as well drive a few hours extra (less than an hour) to get to more machines and better experiences cause this ain’t it. The hotel and the staff of the casino and hotel are great!… but the executives who decided this change was better, are terrible.

I room was clean the pillows were outstanding. The bathroom was clean. Our only problem was you could hear the entire conversation from the people next to you. Maybe they should skip a room and try not to put no one next to you if they could. We didn't get any sleep husband ending up sleeping in the van. So sad.

Room was very clean and smelled great! Staff extremely nice. Everything is great, no complaints.
